Congratulations to the CFANS Class of 2021!
A Message from CFANS Dean Brian Buhr
Every year, our CFANS community eagerly anticipates Commencement and the opportunity to congratulate and celebrate our graduates in ceremonies befitting such a momentous occasion. We share in your disappointment that this beloved tradition won’t be held in-person due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, but we look forward to celebrating you and your achievements during the virtual ceremonies on Friday, May 14 at 3 p.m. (Central Time) featuring special remarks from College and University leadership, faculty and staff, student and keynote speakers.
It is the highlight of my year to recognize the CFANS graduating class and see an inspirational new generation of leaders embark on their next adventures in life. And while I’d much rather be there with you to deliver these words in person — and be able to exchange celebratory handshakes and high fives — there is nothing that could diminish my enthusiasm about this most significant milestone in your lives and what it means for our collective future. I am so very proud of each one of you and offer my warmest congratulations.
We encourage you to connect with our CFANS community using #CFANS2021 and by tagging CFANS in your commencement posts.
