UMN Headlines: May 2021

A new video series launched last month called "UMN Headlines in 60 seconds" shares highlights of recent accomplishments by the University of Minnesota community. The May 2021 installment shares a congratulatory message to our graduating students as well as features two significant CFANS contributions to research — a study by the Water Resources Center that outlines recommendations for conserving state’s threatened groundwater supply and the development of a 99.9% accurate genetic test for early detection of Palmer Amaranth, an invasive species, by the Minnesota Invasive Terrestrial Plants and Pests Center (MITPPC).
